Girls and Boys Youth

Age breakdown: view USA lacrosse age chart

Youth teams have teams at the following levels: 8U, 10U, 12U and 14U.

There may be multiple teams at each level depending on the number of registered kids.

There are no cuts.

Season starts in early March, depending on facility availability, and goes through the first week of June.

Practices are typically 2-3 days/week depending on the team or age level.

Teams practice at various schools and facilities around the community.

Practices start indoors if/when facilities are available and then as the weather gets warmer, they move outside.

Teams participate in the Badgerland Youth Conference

Teams have between 10-12 conference games that happen on the weekends between April 16-June 4th.

Teams will have home games and away games in nearby communities such as Middleton, Verona, Waunakee, Sauk Prairie, etc. The furthest conference teams are Janesville and Watertown.


 

Girls and Boys High School

High School have both a JV and Varsity team.

There are no cuts.

Season starts in early March with the state tournament beginning at the end of May, and the State Championship being held the second weekend of June.

Players participate in practices and games typically 5 days a week, with the occasional out-of-conference Saturday game.

Practices start indoors and then as the weather gets warmer, they move outside.

If you are in need of a scholarship, please send an email to the OLC club treasurer, , with your child's name and age. Scholarship requests will be kept confidential. We do not require that you submit any official financial records.
